Our delivery rooms are equipped to provide you with maximum comfort and choice. You will find adjustable beds, birthing balls, a climbing wall, mats, and a birthing stool. All equipment is prepared so that you can choose your position and tools according to your needs and feelings during labor.

The ability to move freely and change positions enhances the feeling of control, supports the natural course of labor, and can shorten its first stage. Actively working with your body also facilitates the baby's journey into the world and helps the mother manage contractions with greater calm.

We recommend trying out different positions during your prenatal course so that you know what feels good during labor. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You decide whether to use a birthing ball, stool, or other tools. If you have a birth plan, make sure to write down your preferences in advance.
