Birth plan
You can bring your birth plan with you if it helps you to have things thought out in advance – however, it is not a requirement. If you have it, we will go through it together, explain the individual options, and align your wishes with recommendations for a safe course of delivery.
The plan can provide mothers with a sense of calm and certainty. It will help you clarify your priorities, such as bonding, the presence of a companion, choice of positions, or pain relief methods. At the same time, it will allow us to better understand what is truly important to you.
If you decide to write a plan, choose a concise and clear format.
You can easily create a pregnancy plan in the Pregnancy Card (App Store and Google Play), which our doctors have prepared – it also contains a lot of practical advice and recommendations for the entire pregnancy.
