Prenatal classes
Our prenatal courses are led by experienced midwives and lactation consultants. They include practice in breathing, relief positions, caring for the baby, as well as information on the postpartum period and breastfeeding. We offer both individual courses for couples and group classes, where there is also space for sharing with other parents.
The courses help expectant mothers and partners feel more prepared and calmer. With practical exercises and an open atmosphere, you will gain confidence in what to expect during childbirth and in the first days afterward.
Register in advance – class capacities tend to fill up quickly. Decide whether you want to come alone, as a couple, or take a group course depending on what is most comfortable for you.
