Registration usually takes place during one of the visits to the prenatal clinic. You should bring a referral from your gynecologist, your maternity card, and the results of your examinations. Here, you will fill out the necessary forms, completing the registration.
We also register mothers without permanent residence in Prague and there's no need to book in advance for the birth – just come during the clinic hours.

Registration allows us to have all the important information about you before delivery. On the day of admission, there will be no need to deal with administrative matters, so we can fully focus on you and your child.

Before your visit, please check that you have all the necessary documents, especially the referral and test results. If anything is missing, it can be easily supplemented. We recommend keeping all your papers organized in one folder, and possibly adding a birth plan (if you have one). This way, the registration will proceed quickly and calmly.
