What types of births do we offer?
We primarily guide every mother towards natural childbirth, as it is the gentlest option for most women and babies. The doctor will always assess the health condition and situation, and if appropriate, may recommend a cesarean section. Options for pain relief – including epidural analgesia – are always available to us.
Individual approach helps mothers feel more secure and supports a safe course of labor. Natural childbirth also facilitates quicker recovery and promotes immediate bonding between mother and child.
Before labor, you can think about what type of delivery you prefer, and possibly prepare a brief birth plan. We also recommend familiarizing yourself with pain relief options and discussing your preferences with your support person, so they know what is important to you.
Bring your notes with you – they will help us fulfill your wishes within the framework of safe labor guidance.
