Nutrition and diets
The standard obstetric diet is intended for mothers without restrictions and is designed to support recovery after childbirth as well as the production of breast milk. In the maternity ward, there is also a refrigerator with protein supplements available for you to use as needed.
For mothers with special requirements, we also offer other common diets – gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian – and if necessary, an individually tailored menu, for example, in the case of multiple allergies.
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please report them during admission. The staff will help you adjust your diet so that it is safe and also supports your recovery as well as care for your baby.
