If you want to bring your own birth plan, you can – but it's not necessary. You can express all your wishes directly on site. We will gladly discuss everything with you and align it with the safe management of the birth. We respect your preferences, whether they relate to positions during pushing, bonding, or other moments that are important to you.

A birth plan or at least pre-thought-out preferences help mothers feel more confident and secure. You can give birth lying down, on your side, kneeling, or on a birthing stool – the choice of position supports the natural course of labor and can significantly reduce pain.

If you are creating a plan, write it briefly and clearly. You can try out different positions at home or during a prenatal class to see what is comfortable for you.
