Prenatal preparation
Enemas and shaving are not mandatory here. They are available for mothers who prefer them, but we do not impose them on anyone. Modern obstetrics is based on respecting the wishes of the birthing mother and ensuring that she feels as comfortable as possible during labor.
The voluntary nature of these procedures enhances your freedom of choice. You can focus only on what feels good for you and what helps you experience labor calmly and without unnecessary stress.
If you know that you would like an enema, please inform the staff in advance. You can prepare your own toiletries at home to feel comfortable before and after delivery.
It is entirely up to you whether to utilize these procedures – we respect your decision.
