Standard obstetric diet
The standard obstetric diet is designed for all mothers without special restrictions. It is composed to meet the increased nutritional needs after childbirth – supporting recovery, providing sufficient energy, and being light and easily digestible. Its goal is to help the mother quickly restore her strength and support the initiation of breastfeeding.
Protein supplements
There is a refrigerator on the maternity ward with protein supplements that mothers can use whenever needed. These supplements are especially suitable for women who need to increase their protein intake – whether due to breastfeeding, faster recovery, or individual dietary requirements.
Special and individual diets
For mothers with specific dietary requirements, we offer several modified diets so they do not have to restrict themselves during their stay. Available are especially:
Gluten-free diet
Lactose-free diet
Vegetarian diet
Individual meal plan – for example, for women with multiple allergies or complex intolerances
All diets can be adjusted according to the mother's health condition and the doctor's recommendations.
