I am a trained pediatric nurse, and I got into obstetrics during my studies when I first tried working in the delivery room. The atmosphere of childbirth completely captivated me and has not let me go since. For more than 20 years, I worked at the Faculty Hospital in Motol, where I gathered a lot of experience and grew professionally. Today, I work at the Faculty Hospital of Královské Vinohrady, where, in addition to caring for birthing women, I also participate in the operation of the delivery room as a head nurse. This hospital provides me with what is important to me: a more family-like environment, the ability to adopt an individual approach to childbirth, and the certainty of a strong and quality team. I perceive every birth as a unique moment, and it is important for me that women feel safe, respected, and in good hands during it.
